Slow delivery, printer throws steady errors.
I truly have never been more disappointed with a printer than the most recent photo printer I purchased this past Summer. Out of the box, connected it to the network, it looked for an update that never completed to this day. Every time it is turned on, it starts this update cycle again. After many aborts, it finally will accept a print task, only to come up and say it is out of ink. Following the relentless requests to replace the cartridge, I place an order directly with HP online. The delivery ends up taking 10 days, this delayed past a trip so my neighbor had to pick up the new cartridges that still remain in the box since I am not there. Now they send me a cartridge review request. Well, here it is.
