Defective ink cartridge
The ink cartridge came defective. It messed up the printer printhead. I have spent hours trying to get a live person to help me with this situation.

Ink goes quickly
The ink is good quality but I did not get the promised amount of pages out of my last two cartridges and they are spendy. HP does have special offers occasionally and that helps

Good product. Good price.
HP ink cartridges are always top of the line. Since I live in a small town I tried to buy local. The price was $115.00. On the HP web site the price was about $75.00. So the web site is where I bought mine.

printer problems
Every time I do a scan to print, I have to put in a code, when I lost the code you mailed me a new one. If I use that code it will not accept it.
Also I have printer problems, I have to turn the printer ooff and on to make it work
