Great Computer!
I am happy with my new HP computer. My old computer, a Dell, was a bit outdated. I decided to buy an HP because I have used HP printers in the past and they have proven very reliable; why not buy an HP computer. I am very pleased with my decision. The computer was very easy to set up, has a great opening screen, and is easy to navigate. I am very happy! Go out and buy one; you won’t regret it.

A very nice all in one desktop computer.
I had a 13 year old Dell computer that needed a faster replacement, and so I ordered this HP all in one desktop computer from the HP.com website. It was delivered quickly, packaged well, and set up was very easy. I am very happy with this computer overall,

Excellent experience with HP.
All facets of my experience with HP from shopping at the HP online store to setup and use have gone very well. This is my first HP. I selected HP because they offer a combination of CPU and RAM in an all-in-one without a touch screen, which I did not want.

Not satisfied that we did not get the prepaid software as promised
We purchased our all in one that was to come with prepaid Microsoft office personal edition installed. We got only the two week trial and no activation code for what we paid for. I tried the automated tech support but had no luck or could find no help. What can we do? We are not satisfied.

HP is my choice!
I have been an HP customer for decades. I have especially used HP printers exclusively. Recently I had need to replace a Lenovo laptop. The customer service at Lenovo left a lot to be desired. Decided to purchase an HP desktop instead. I directly contacted HP Sales. It was a pleasant experience through the entire process. In my opinion, HP sales and service is a cut above those who claim to be a cut above. No hesitation in using them for my hardware needs again.

FALSE ADVERTISING! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!
This computer was advertised to have 3 months of Game Pass, but did not come with it. I called support and they said that my particular model was shipped without it despite it being advertised. They offered no apology and no remedy for the situation and hung up on me after an hour and a half on the phone. The whole reason I bought the computer from this site and not at a retailer was for the 3 month Game Pass. My last HP lasted me 10 years and so I planned on being a lifetime HP consumer but after this disastrous customer service experience I'll never buy another one of their products ever again!

Nice computer, but!
I like my computer very much. But there is one hangup. Every time I restart my computer and start listening to music, I hear static in the music. This goes on for about 10 minutes off and on. I can hear the static in both the internal speakers and headphones. It sounds like a loose wire in the system.

getting acquainted with the HP All in One HP desktop
I like the All in one desktop. I dont like the key board and mouse. I am having to learn about windows 11 so I am struggling some as the features are not the same. I am have to take a class on windows 11. I am 77 years old and the print fonts are so tiny. I need to figure out how to make them large so they can be easier to read. Good colors and quick responsiveness on cmds.

Very Good All in One
I was looking for a decent computer to replace my old desktop that was unable to update to Windows 11. I found this one at a decent price on sale. So far so good. It does everything I want it to and I do not have the big box of a desktop which is a big plus. I am very happy with my purchase.

Couldn’t even get to start screen. It gave a series of buzz sounds, flashed a bunch of numbers etc then on a black screen displayed a message “Unauthorized adaptor installed”. Seriously? I returned and was charged a $53.00 restocking fee for this defective item.

Very nice
I use my HP all-in-one for 2D drawing and 3D builds for printing. I like the no cable, for the monitor. With my wireless keyboard and mouse my set up is nice and clean of clutter.
Plus it looks excellent on my hardwood desk.

regret my choice
I was looking at the monitor, suddenly the screen rapidly flashed from 1 screen to the next. The BitLocker screen came on. It instructed me to enter a long code of #s + letters. Keyboard would unresponsive when I typed letters. Monitor spontaneously turned itself off after 2 1/ 2 minutes. I turned it on several times. It repeated this pattern. Had RMA, HP had it on 04//16, was promised an email confirming my full refund [ $696.60] by this afternoon. It's almost 7PM. No email yet. Would not recommend it. In MA, USA

Everything is Satisfactory
Everything is satisfactory. Not a lot of "bloatware," but I did uninstall a couple of things. Seems fast enough for my purpose. I'm not a gamer, so I can't say about that, but otherwise, it's fast enough for me.

The desktop arrived with irreparable damage which is disappointing but the replacement procedure was beyond frustrating. I thought by using HP.com I would receive streamlined customer support, instead I ended up repeating the same information three times to three different people. You're a computer company. I would think that sharing information between departments would be seamless.

HP-All-in-One 24-cr0025m PC, Windows hOME, 23.8", AMD Ryze... is the best product. This product has plenty of features. I can log in going passwordless. This product has a built-in interior camera. I can open the camera and it's on and I can close it and it turns off the camera. There's no other computers that's like this one. This is the only computer that I'm glad I've purchased. I'd recommend this computer to a friend. Thank you very much!

We purchased this all-in-one to replace our 6 yr old HP all-in-one that had something wrong with the hard drive. It was very easy to assemble and synced with everything on the first try. The screen is just a little larger which makes it easier for my husband. We are very satisfied with it.

Compact, all-in-one computer
As a computer for normal everyday use, it does the job well. Though I do think the screen can be slightly grainy when viewed very closely, it's actually not that bad for a computer screen at this size range. Like the sound, the ram capacity, the design, and the compactness. Ok screen. Great overall.
