Replacement upgrade
So far so good. Went from a 24 inch to this 27 inch screen and am very pleased. The setup was very easy. I accomplished everything in a short time even without any directions.

Solid PC at a great Price
I'll be honest, this wasn't my first PC choice. We had a Dell all-in-one touchscreen that unexpectedly died. We couldn't afford to replace it for the newer model (the Dell we wanted was 3x the cost of the HP) so we decided to look around for something that fit our current budget.
We really liked that this model is made with post-consumer recycled materials. The packaging was minimal and every piece was recyclable! It arrived earlier than quoted, which was a bonus.
Setting this guy up was super easy. literally clicked together the base and snapped the monitor on. Plug in the power cord, mouse, and keyboard- we were ready to go! Getting online after turning it on was just as easy.
We use it for work, and haven't had any issues navigating things. It's got all of the features we need, and while I wish it was a touch screen, that's not at all a hindrance. Would definitely consider purchasing another HP PC again.

Very Satisfied in Tennessee!
Overall, a very good experience.
Starting with the young man on the phone who helped me configure the computer with item the items I wanted (i.e., 16 Gb of RAM and 1 TB of storage.)
When the computer arrived, I was very impressed with the way it was packaged, an absolute engineering marvel.
The setup was straight forward. The only thing that has caused me a problem is the Microsoft 11 "one-drive." It automatically downloads my photos to the cloud - defeating the reason I purchased 1Tb of storage. I'm sure I'll eventually find someone who can help me defeat this problem.
I also need to find a way to test the camera and microphones. I guess you can tell I'm not the most computer literate guy you deal with.
So far, the computer is top notch, and I would recommend it to a friend.

Pleased and Happy
Our second All-in-One from HP. My wife bought one a couple of years ago, and it's been a great computer for her. So I opted for an All-in-one myself. My old computer was also an All-in-One from a competitor and was showing it's age.
This was easy to set up and I simply used my backup to transfer my files and reinstalled the apps I needed. I was good to go in a hurry. Of course there are some applications from Microsoft and others that they would like you to purchase. but I don't need them as I have what I need to do what I want to do on a computer.
The man I talked to while ordering this computer was helpful as well, which made the interaction during the purchase that much easier.
I love graphics programs for my photos as well as drawing and this works perfectly for what I want it to do. I didn't feel that I needed a high end computer for the artwork and pictures I works on and this computer works perfectly for the art I deal with. It is much faster than my old computer and I'm pleased with the ease the setup went for me. The connections to my printer and scanner were easy and quick.
Windows 11 has a few quirks I'm still getting used to, but they aren't a problem and will quickly become natural like every upgrade version of any operating system.
So, the bottom line is that I'm pleased with my purchase and would recommend an HP as well as an All-in-One Computer for anyone who has never used them before.

I love my new HP All-In-One PC. It was easy to set up and the large 27" screen is great, especially when playing games like WGT Golf. I would definitely recommend. I like HP products and also have an HP copy/scanner/printer at home.

It Was Time.
You can’t do better than an HP. My All-In-One has all the features that I want and need. By no means do I consider myself a tech expert, but my AIO helps me get near. The price was very reasonable I thought. I know some people who spend way more than I did to attend some major league event, but the next day all they have left is some stale popcorn. My HP will last me for many years. And it looks nice, like the Packard automobile.

I do like my new All-in-one. However I wish it would have had more usb ports and perhaps a card reader. Also I wish it would have had a new "wireless" keyboard and mouse. Because of the foregoing "wishes" I could only give it four stars.

Hardware seems okay up to quite nice. Windows 11 software has made some awful changes since Windows 10, and now Windows 11 is, for my traditional usage of Windows, flatly unacceptable. I will install Windows 10.

Big audio and video drawbacks
Very fast and capable. However, the quality of the speakers, microphone, and camera are very poor. If I'm listening to music at a moderate or louder volume, I can hear crackling.
The microphone and camera are located on a slider which I can push back into the monitor when not in use. I appreciate the security of this feature, however, the microphone isn't very sensitive and I've had to start speaking much louder in order to be heard. The video quality of the camera is quite poor (similar to early 2010's camera phone) and the camera angle is not adjustable.
All in all, I wouldn't buy this model a 2nd time, but I purchased the computer on sale and the drawbacks aren't bad enough that I'm willing to return it to buy something better at full price.

I really enjoy this computer. I purchased two for my office. The only thing that would make it better would be if the screen was a little curved. I went from two monitors, a tower, probably 8 wires down to a power cord and plugging in my printer. Great computers. I wish I had one for at home instead of my laptop!! Plenty of room for multiple windows....turns on quickly.

I went from an aging desktop to this new machine and could not be more pleased. Where it was taking forever for internet access or files to boot up on my old machine, this is now happening in seconds. I appreciate the large, brilliant screen and the large storage capacity, even though I am a sometimes, just home use, no business, kind of user. This is a computer I hope to owe for a number of years.

Waiting for a month
The HP customer service is not helpful at all. I’ve been trying to get my computer or refund for a month. They do not send any updates on the status of the order until I contact them. I’m still waiting for a refund, but I was told that the computer needs to go through the inspection process and it will take additional 10 days. Notice that I did not even receive the package, the shipping company sent it back to the HP warehouse right after they received it. Worst experience ever!

So far so good, super easy set-up for this disabled 68 yr old, and is doing as advertised. I had HP's in my business, have used for home use, and have never been disappointed with HP products. I guess I'm an HP "lifer" based upon HP product performance now, and over the decades.

Didn't deliver what was promised and paid for.
I would have provided a 5 star rating except facial recognition, promised with the package, could not be established, after 3.5 hours of tech support. The technical support was pleasant and knowledgeable, but their final recommendation for me was to "reinstall" Windows 11, which would again require transferring all of my apps,drivers etc,AGAIN with the concomitant risk.
Really. After spending ~1K , this should not be the result.

Received a damaged computer.
Turning it on the first time the monitor had a 3" wide black line in the center from top to bottom. Returning this computer and obtaining a refund has been very time consuming and confusing because I was giving so many numbers.

HP not bad as you can ignore most of their add on. And I realize that HP is not responsible for windows 11 except that it is the only way it is sold. After two weeks I am still battling all the malware and ads windows loads this computer with. HP would earn my praise if they would only sell a 'clean' version of windows. But probably not possible.

Small footprint for a small desk
I got this computer for our lake cabin as the desk there is very small and so having this all in one works great. The only thing I don't like about it is that all the spots to plug in a flash drive are on the back.

Can I play DVD blu-rays on this computer with an external drive? If so, what do I plug it into on the back of the computer?
It does not have a built-in optical disc drive for Blu-ray/DVDs. It does have an available USB C port on the left side near the middle and two USB A ports on the back right side near the middle that you can hook an external optical disc drive to. Just make sure if you get an external that it is also compatible with Windows 11.
