Rated 4 out of 5 by scotd from Good computer for small business needs Purchased this HP All-in-One computer for my small business after my previous 10-yr-old HP All-in-one eventually failed to start. Needed a computer that had a quiet large touch screen where I could hook this up to my other two HP monitors. Gives me a great workspace for the next 10 years to continue to develop my progressive web app and write articles, books and do online training in the aviation sector.

Rated 5 out of 5 by JGMCjr from We’ll designed All in One Computer Overall very pleased with this purchase. This is our second HP computer. (This one replaces an 8 year old model). The packaging was excellent, and the setup was seamless. I have not experienced any issues with connectivity etc. Quality product.

Rated 2 out of 5 by atdan from Poor monitor resolution The computer runs well, but the monitor resolution is grainy and pixelated (1920x1080), especially after using a Mac. I ended up purchasing a 4K monitor to connect to it for clear graphics because even screenshots were grainy and I needed better a higher resolution to use with Adobe programs. Just something to think about before you purchase this computer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Tru Blu from Sleek and Powerful I chose the HP all in one with an intel 7 processor to serve my needs for small business tracking and daily e-mail correspondence. We also use it for online parts orders, occasional shopping and photos. I find it to be plenty of processor and memory to carry into my future needs as programming gets more bulky. We have added a USB plug and play DVD drive that is so slim it is barely noticeable while it rests perfectly on the stand. Our last HP served 16 years, so this is the necessary upgrade. We find it more than adequate for our needs. It is compact, sleek and takes up very little space on the desk. It is definitely the right choice for our needs.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Anonymous from New To HP My previous computer was a Lenovo all in one desktop. I had it for over six years and it became very slow. I still have it. I like my new HP all in one. The screen is larger than the Lenovo. Because the computer is new, it starts up quickly so unlike the Lenovo. The Lenovo has Windows 10 and the HP has Windows 11. A little bit of a difference but it's just something I have to get used to using. I don't use the keyboard and mouse that came with the HP because they're both very cheaply made and they FEEL cheap. I use my Logitech soft key keyboard and mouse. I've had several computers in the past including an iMac. The iMac was awesome until it wasn't. I like the helpful co-pilot on the HP and some other things but I haven't had long enough to get to know everything about it. It's quick to respond I can say that.

Rated 5 out of 5 by J K from Great upgrade for an older HP all in one This computer replaced an older HP envy23 all in one that was probably 14 years old. This new device is definitely faster. Windows 11 takes some time to adjust to, but will work through that with time. Nice footprint on the desk top.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Janeen11 from A fair replacement My previous All-In-One (purchased in 2011) was still working, however as available support from HP was ending (due to age) and the lack of ability to update to Windows11 (again age), I had purchase a new one. This one was the closest matching desktop, and I did like the fact I could customize it (available RAM for example). However, I wish the USB-As were not all in the back and that there are more of them (last computer had 6 with two on the side for easy access, this has 4 + 1 USB-C). My previous computer also had a card reader (which I had to purchase separately) and a CD/DVD player.

Rated 4 out of 5 by bolinski2010 from Great but for one issue Excellent machine. The reason for only 4 stars is this; there is a piece with a button that attaches the screen to the stem. I suppose it's a lock and release button to adjust the height. The button on mine does nothing. I can't lock the screen into position. It does go up and down and for the most part stays put. When i try to contact support I cannot find the link to right place to address this.

Rated 5 out of 5 by CFLT from Powerful and sleek This has been a great purchase so far. I have been using it for about a month and it has greatly improved my ability to work more efficiently and with a lot less frustration. The 32GB of RAM is awesome. The clean look of the all-in-one is a huge improvement. I still don't have a clean desk, but that isn't the computer's fault. The screen resolution is fantastic and the screen size means I don't have to squint or strain to see everything. Very impressive and I'd recommend it to anyone looking to upgrade to a new computer.

Rated 4 out of 5 by LSC2024 from Consider what you want in an AIO. Then ask lots of questions. 85 percent happy with purchase. What I like...screen size and brightness, tilt ability and up and down capability, and Windows 11, speakers and a clean desk area. What I didn't care for...camera (nice it's attached because one less wire) but I have to adjust the location of the AIO to see my full picture profile. Small number of inputs on the back, would have like to know that I wouldn't be able to use a CD without an external device. The AIO was so different from what I had.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Daniel2 from HP 27 inch All-in-One Desktop Ordering and shipping were fine and the shipping container was sufficiently protective. The physical setup was easy and initial startup and configuration was typical Windows. This is the first IntelCore5 I’ve owned; recent computers were all Core i7. Computer performance is as good or better than the i7’s. Internet connectivity is acceptable, and web pages render very quickly. This is my initial upgrade to Windows 11, and I have to say it’s a disappointing experience; it’s like the whole purpose of the Microsoft Edge browser, mainly the Microsoft Start window, is advertising and distracting content. I do like using the HP all-in-one.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Angel9876 from Love HP All-in One This is the second 27 inch All-in One for me from HP. The 1st purchased approximately 8 years ago, still works, just could not get windows 11. I love the new HP, Super easy setup, Crisp picture with nice slightly curved screen. Built in camera for ID and many other security options. Much easier to navigate all programs for non tech savvy, Like me. I ordered straight from HP, Best price, super easy, you build it your way. Only 2 issues I have are Fed EX, as the delivery was a nightmare, and no CD burner on this computer. Hopefully this beautiful computer will last as well as my older one 8 plus years and counting.

Rated 4 out of 5 by 1WOLWAY from Great Operating Performance, Poor Stand Stability, and Lack of Wireless Keyboard Option The following is summarized in the title of this review. I ordered a customized configuration of this system that included the Intel i5 processor, 1 TB SSD, and 12 Gb RAM. I can't complain about this combination that provides fantastic performance. My hope is this system will serve the multiple users needs about 8 years as did the last hp All-in-One we purchased. However, the screen stand is not stable, meaning the screen and computer can shake if there is table vibration or when powering the system on via the back power button. If I had known this was so flimsy, I would have thought twice about making the purchase. For hp's future consideration I recommend modification of the OEM stand. Short of that those considering this product configuration may want to purchase a sturdier stand to mount the All-in-One to before using. Since I customized base hp All-in-One 27-cr0000t, I would have liked to see a wireless keyboard offered as part of the customization. Fortunately, I had one that my primary user, a physically handicapped person already owned, and it connected via Bluetooth without a hitch. For the cost, I give this product a slightly better than average valuation. Cheers!

CAN THE HP STYLUS BE USED?

Asked by: G-VA
Thank you for your question! No, HP Stylus Pens are designed for use with laptops that can be used in tablet mode. This will still be compatible with passive stylus pens. Like the active stylus, you can tap or write directly on a screen with a passive stylus (also called a capacitive stylus). But unlike an active stylus, the passive/capacitive stylus doesn't have touch sensitivity or electronic components. There's no communication between the stylus and the device.

Asked by: thefedster
Hello. Thanks for your question. This HP 27-inch All-in-One 27-cr1096t computer uses DDR5-5600 RAM and can be upgraded to 32 GB DDR5-5600. If you install 16 GB DDR4-2666 RAM, it will run slower than the DDR5-5600. It is recommended to match the RAM type and speed that is currently in the computer.
