I ordered this mouse on September 2, 2024. I have still not received this item. HP is difficult to reach for assistance and the automated system is terrible. I participated in a chat help and was supposed to get back to me within 2 business days. 2 weeks later, still had not heard from them. I was switched from customer service to sales and back to customer service when I actually spoke to someone. Customer support told me it was supposed to come yesterday 10.3.2024 and was not delivered. When I finally got a working tracking number, this mouse has been to California, Ohio, Wisconsin, KY, and I live in Ohio.

only issue with the new mouse which was purchased along with a new laptop is that every so often the blue tooth connection is lost, no rhyme or reason have been found by me yet. Other than that all is good with mouse and laptop.

BOGO never arrived
Actually, I'm NOT enjoing my HP Campus XL Tartan Plaid Backpack because I had to send it back. I bought this backpack during President's Day sale where it was clearly stated: Buy 1 Campus backpack, get 1 FREE! When I opened my delivery, there was one backpack. I contacted the HP support but they said that order was for one backpack and one backpack was delivered. I noted the BOGO promotion but they said nothing and closed the case. So I returned the backpack and will not be shopping sales on HP.com any more.

Having a thorough manual in ENGLISH-with a bigger font to be read! Some have CATARACTS!
Bluetooth decides if it will do anything! When I start my laptop, I always put the mouse on--so the computer recognizes it--not good at recognizing!
