Quality printer - horrid support
A couple of things..... Great printer. I ordered it from the HP Store and forgot to add the suite number. There is a couple numbers to call and or send a email. I tried all the numbers which took me to automated NOWHERE. I sent a email which was responded to after the printer had shipped. I finally reached someone in customer service who told me " Well maybe it will show up, I can't do anything as our warehouse has closed for the day. This was 1:30 pm in the afternoon.
The printer set up in a Mac environment - required a new cert - took an hour to figure that one out.

Great Features!
I purchased this printer to replace my 16 year old HP color printer and I wish I had done it sooner! This printer is a dream - double-sided printing & network ready. It prints 80 invoices in 10 minutes that used to take me an hour. I am thrilled with the quality and overall results that I get with this printer.

Is this wireless or ethernet or both?
Hello. Thanks for your question. This HP Color LaserJet Enterprise M555dn is not wireless. It does have an Ethernet port. You can use the HP Jetdirect 3100w BLE/NFC/Wireless Accessory to make this printer wireless.
