Disappointed ☹️
Setup bombed! After hours of frustration trying to setup this printer. They don’t warn you about all the finagling you have to do if you have a Mac and a 5G/Mesh. All the chats were a waste of time! I ordered an Epson and had it up and running with minutes. I gave the HP away. Will be returning HP ink as well. 😡

Functionality issues
Well, This is the first time I have had some many issues with linking up and getting my printer to function properly. I am still having issues and just cannot get things to work right and have had so many problems with a virtual agent. I have not been able to connect to an actual agent.

A very good printer for the Money
I was looking for a fairly good printer for my wife and I am very please with this one.
After just a few instructions she has been able to print and copy with no problems. This printer sits in a very small space (Barely fits) and is perfect for our needs.

Never buy HP
The only thing it printed w info page brand new a month..2new cartridges..light blinks
all the time..I’m ready to throw it off a balcony as another did..(true)
I have used all the booting solutions I can..I was so pleased I c print from my IPad both r connected to WIF n it won’t print.

had a problem connecting printer to PC.
the ask me on the right told me shy would connect me with people that would help.
big mistake they gave me a vires wanted to charge $1000.00 to cleanup and 3 years of antivars .... took printer and pc to local people cost $150.00
that was some HP recomdation

The HP 2800e is a nice easy to use printer and it's a value for it's price.
The HP 2800e was easy to set up and is a nice priced, efficient printer. This is our second HP printer; the old one is 7 years old and still working.

Here is another must have from HP....
This printer was easy to set up and connect to my compooper! The instructions were easy to follow, and I was printing in about 20 minutes after getting things hooked up and running. I have always relied on HP products and services to keep me going. Kudos to HP for great products!

Cute but Limited in Function
I am very disappointed with my printer. It prints in black from my Mac and iPhone but not in color. The first time I used it, it did print in color, but the quality of the photos was poor. After the first day or two, it no longer printed color from my Apple devices. I am able to print in color from my work computer, which is a Windows computer. It does not flip the paper to print on both sides. The price was very affordable.

Frustrating
I’m 80 years old and trying to get the printer and apple IPad to connect to printer mode was impossible for me. My helper had trouble too. We got so frustrated we gave up and will try another day. My last two HPPrinters were less complicated!!! What ever happened tp the KISS theory: keep it simple stupid.

Printer not up to what I expected.
I am 87 years old. The display screen is too dark, too small and not lit to see. A extra light reflects shadows making it even more impossible to see the controls. Print quality is okay. I expected this printer to be an automatic double sided printer but of course it isn't.

I love the printer, but the HP representative that tried to help me get the instant ink for 3 months did not know what he was doing. so now I will probably have to buy my ink from E-bay. I feel like I got ripped off because the ink did not come with the printer.

How do I print on cardstick paper?
Thank you for your question! It is unclear what is being asked. This HP DeskJet 2855e All-in-One Printer will be compatible with paper up to 145lb paperweight. As long as the Card Stock paper has a paper weight at or under 145lb it will print just like any other print.
