Rated 3 out of 5 by Charlie Czzzz from Great monitor, terrible software and service First, the good: the monitor itself is great. It looks nice, no visual issues, been great for my work at least so far. However, part of the reason I bought it was for features like HP Device Bridge that ostensibly allows you to use the same mouse and keyboard to control two devices at the same time. That...doesn't work. At all. Even more basic features like double-tapping control to switch inputs only works some of the time. Manually switching inputs with the menu is pretty easy so I decided to just live with this (mostly because my work paid for this monitor anyway). But I didn't really have much of a choice because here's what happened when I reached out to support to get this working: the first person I spoke to didn't really even seem to understand what Device Bridge is. They told me to go through the steps in the manual which, of course, I had already done. Then they passed me on to a second support rep who did the same thing. That rep, recognizing they couldn't solve the issue, told me that they'd escalated it to the Tier 2 support team, and that I could expect a call from them in a few days. Of course, I got no call. Never heard anything from HP support again until an email saying my support ticket had been closed.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Cactus-D from Great with Caveats for Linux This dock works exceptionally well with the Ubuntu OS that came pre-loaded with my HP Zbook Power 16 G11 A. The port density is exceptional, it’s got enough juice to charge the laptop, and the built in Ethernet port is nice if I want to use two Ethernet ports at once. The one caveat however, is that Ubuntu constantly throws a PCIe Data-Link error for the thunderbolt connection to the laptop. While it isn’t specifically affecting the laptop in a negative way, it fills up the DMESG log and there is no way to seemingly correct the issue. Since HP refuses to support an OS they preload, you either have to figure it out yourself or use the Ubuntu forums. While I am Linux savvy, this issue has so far eluded me. HP, if you are going to advertise an OS for your devices, you need to provide at least some level of minimal support with your own equipment.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Anonymous from Come on HP My computer and monitor work great. I gave a 3 star rating because of the way the online sale people were. I called HP 3 times before I purchased my system. Each time I called I got different numbers for the cost of each item I purchased. Also, when I asked specific questions I either got no answer or a very vague reply.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Anonymous from It just works. Buy it. The virtual display option on this monitor is a game changer. Using it, the monitor behaves like two monitors next to each other. I can maximize windows, share my screens during video conferences, etc. without using the full physical size of the monitor. I love that. Switching between my PC connected over DisplayPort and my laptop connected via USB-C isn't the smoothest, but it works. I'd recommend this monitor to anyone with the desk space to support it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by NJKJ from Small cube with plenty of ports This is the 120W smaller cousin to the 280W docking station. Despite the lower power output, it can handle all the basic needs of a small business work station setup. Excluding the type-C cable connection from the docking station to the PC, it has 11 various ports: 4-USB type-A super speed (2 with charging), 3-USB 3.0 type-C (1-standard type-C, 1-type-C Thunderbolt 4, 1-type-C+DisplayPort), 2-DisplayPort, 1-HDMI , 1 ethernet. This allows you to hook up at least 2 monitors [max up to 4 depending on the PC]. This cube-like docking station has a small footprint and can handle most of your basic connection needs.,

Rated 1 out of 5 by Anonymous from Bad info from Online Sales Staff Before purchasing the Thunderbolt G4, I messaged back and forth with the HP online sales person. I gave them my computer's type (OMEN by HP 17-cb0092nr, Product Number: 7MV55UA#ABA and Serial Number: CND937500X) and they said they confirmed that the docking station would be fully compatible with my laptop. Sadly, when it arrived and I set everything up, it did not work. I received the message that the device functionality might be limited. After troubleshooting and even making it worked on other "lightening port" laptops, I contacted HP customer support who was no help at all getting it to work with my computer and thus I am having to return to HP.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Steve47 from Missing part The keyboard and mouse are good quality and have nice feel, but the box arrived without a dongle. HP has not responded to email asking for help. The dongle is the wireless connector that is supposed to go in one of USB ports on the computer. The keyboard and mouse are useless without it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by DJDoughertyVA from Fairly nice, for what they are. I'm always apprehensive of wireless peripherals, especially when they share a dongle, because so much can go wrong. So far, nothing has, knock on wood. The mouse is a decent size, and the keyboard is comfortable to use. No wear and tear yet, and I've been bashing these things senseless (product tester & software QA? Ouch time). My only gripe is that the response time, compared to a similar product I already had in my home, is just slow enough to be noticeable. Not sure if it's a sign of battery life or what, but when it starts to get slow, it shows. Might be a terrible idea for gaming...as most wireless sets are anyway. Still, if you're looking for something to help you ditch cables in the workplace, take these for a spin. They're not too bad.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Sana from Great and affordable option with top-notch quality HP has always been my favorite brand, when it comes to reliable options for computers and accessories. This HP 650 Wireless Keyboard and Mouse Combo is very well designed, and it enhances the look of my workstation. The keyboard is slim and sleek. Keyboard keys are full sized and have separate media keys and standard layout. The mouse is ergonomically designed, comfortable and easy to handle. It is perfect sized and fit well in hands. It has an optical sensor works smooth on any surface, I like the magnetic slip-on base lid of the mouse. Most important, this Combo has a super easy plug and play setup, just plug the USB and you are good to work. The range is far impressive, can work from a good distance. I will recommend this Combo to all my colleagues. This is great and affordable option with top-notch quality.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Krissygirl from Love this keyboard I have had this keyboard for a little over a week. I really enjoy it! The buttons are easy to press compared to some that seem sticky. This keyboard has not been acting sticky and it's easy to type. I work a lot on the computer entering data for work and this might be the best keyboard I have used so far. I've tried multiple wireless boards and they usually don't last more that a week before my number keys start to stick.

The dock was working fine for 2 external monitors. Now it only allows 1 monitor to be displayed. How could it be addressed. I tried rebooting laptop, dock, checking cables etc. but no matter what, only 1 monitor works.
