The Quality is worth the price.
Quality and worth it. Use it in a business, very harsh conditions for a computer, and this one does the job. I did upgrade the keyboard and mouse to wireless. The touchscreen is great, and the display is clear. The power and sleek design is spot on.

HP EliteOne 840 all-in-one
SDD failed and it took over 4 days to get the system analyzed and finally when I requested it they send another SDD. Your off shore phone support is not the greatest if they have to get off script. Another all-in-one started experiencing issues where dots were automatically showing in the field we needed to input data. 2 of 5 have now had hardware issues

Service was nightmare
Great computer; however key board has a stuck key. Still waiting on replacement, since Nov 6! It took me many calls and hrs to get service to agree to send new keyboard. They insisted in a remote access to check a hardware ( stuck key) issue.

Mystery computer
I have had a difficult time putting the computer together. It is still in the box. The instructions are minimal. I have never had such difficulty. I tried to find You Tube videos. I went to HP site. Nothing. I wished that I had not bought the computer. I gave 3 stars only because it may be a great computer if I can ever figure out how to put it together.

Good HP Machine, Intrusive MS Software
Great machine, even at this early time in my use of it. Regrettable that I cannot say the same about the Microsoft Windows 11 software - it is much too intrusive with hundreds of concealed options. It is unfortunate that I cannot operate this machine independent of the network; if I could, I would. Not much that HP can do about that, but still a great machine. Thanks

HP 23.7” all-in-one 800 series computer
Your design change for the stand is absolutely horrible. Very flimsy compared to the previous design. The camera now is flimsy as well. This is not a good look for HP. You had the perfect sturdy stand and pop up camera. Should have kept it. Have a need for several more systems with 27” screens. Will have to look elsewhere. Your new design is very poor.

Is there a VESA mount option for this model? I've been purchasing the older versions of the 840 which all include VESA however this model seems to be a complete redesign rather than an upgrade. Any help would be appreciated. Thank You Alan

With a touch screen on this model, can you turn off the "pinch and swipe" screen feature?
To change the default touch gestures on your Windows 11 PC, select Start > Settings > Bluetooth & devices >Touchpad. Select Three-finger gestures or Four-finger gestures to change what your swipe gestures do. Thank you for your question!

How do you adjust the height of the screen? The stand seems to be spring-loaded, but I don't know how to lock it to a lower position.

when will the hp elite one 840 G9 AIO PC be available again with Customization - able to add memory, storage, etc., to total cost. Was available with customization earlier in this week and then yesterday the CUSTOMIZATION option no longer available.
