All-in-One PC is a great product
I like my new computer. There is one design flaw I see. The stand design should allow the monitor to be lowered another 2 more inches. I do a lot of Zoom meetings, and the camera is too high to capture me from the mid-section to the top of my head. I have to tilt the monitor forward as far as it can go and I should not have to do that. This is strictly a mechanical issue nothing to do with the computer.
Also, I did not realize that my computer does not have a CD slot. it is probably my mistake that I did not notice it when I purchased it.
I do have a lot of problems with Windows 11, but that is Microsoft, not HP.

Excellent Desktop PC
I customized my unit with i7 vPro Raptor Lake processor, 32 MB Ram, 2 - 500 GB SSD and 27" QHD monitor. I am impressed by the visual look of the all-in-one PC. It is all monitor--27" of clarity! It seems speedy enough for any task so far. I have had it approximately 2 weeks, and my initial impression is very positive. It is acting very well so far. Small issue that can be frustrating--setting up and attaching the monitor unit to the adjustable stand was a bit of a burden. It was mostly intuitive, but I had not done it before. I was looking for the right insertion angle, and the locking and elevation mechanisms for the monitor. The document describing installation did not meet my expectations for precise instructions and drawings. But I got lucky--It has a stable stand and elevates when needed and locks the screen in position. Maybe I am not mechanically inclined, as I spent more time with this part than I did with computer setup.

Good Computer- Terrible customer service
The computer works well. The customer service was one of the worst I have ever encountered. Delays on the device, then wouldn't let me cancel, then promised to give me a 10% discount code that never came. Spent at least 2 hours over multiple calls with this customer service.

A great All-In-One computer with a couple of bugs
I was impressed with the methods used to communicate with me. The packaging was very good. I don't really care for the control buttons being underneath the cabinet. I wish the monitor would swivel since if one wanted to turn it just a little bit the entire unit with the stand must be turned--very disruptive.
I had some difficulty revising the power Off/On automatically after a certain time period. I expected to have the unit wake up with a keystroke. That did happen about half the time. At other times I have to hit the inverted switch under the unit. That wouldn't be so bad but, the buttons are quite small and my tactile feel is somewhat compromised so finding the inverted button is annoying.
I consider it odd that this is required at random times. I like the quality of the picture. It is very well defined and the contrast and brightness are good. It puts to shame the quality of the second monitor's characteristics.
I do wish that I could see the control buttons. Not a game changer but still a negative that they are not visible or indicated somehow especially that I must occasionally hit the power button to activate my unit.

Monitor mount not so good.
Function and Style are great. One thing I didn't like was the way the monitor is mounted to the stand. You are somehow try to push the bracket down and hold it to tighten the smallest screw to hold the mount in the midway position. (nothing in directions) Of course when I figured how to hold it with the help of some clamps and tighten screw, as soon as let go, the head of screw broke. The mount is either high or low, no in between. Had to wedge a piece of wood and tape it down so I can use it until I can find a screw to replace broken one.
