Not worth the money
The actual usuable screen after the borders is so small I still use my desk top. Biggest waste of money ever.

Versatile and Powerful 2-in-1 Laptop
The HP Envy x360 2-in-1 Laptop (15t-fe100, 15.6") offers seamless functionality with its responsive touchscreen and powerful performance. It’s perfect for both work and entertainment, boasting an Intel Core Ultra 5 125U processor and a vibrant display. My odyssey with HP started in the 1990s with the HP Vectra, HP Pavilion, and HP Brio. Later, I used the HP Spectre and HP Chromebook (2010). All of them were fantastic. This time, I bought the Envy as my first PC for all personal use. It is very fast and comfortable for day-to-day use. I am not into gaming or programming. The looks are fantastic and very different. The Envy feels very solid, though it has some weight. Overall, I like this Envy very much

This laptop is really a Windows11 machine with all it's problems. Sould have listened to warnings.
Very difficult to use the folder arrangements, tried to move photos to new folders.
So, you ask me, would you buy this laptop again?answer is NO.

Worthless
I took it directly to a comp. place so they could transfer from my old one to my new one. They said they ran into several problems and suggested I return it. I did, for one that was not on sale. Paid $1000 for #2. This one works great, but the text inside the bars are very hard to see. And the teck couldn't see any way to change it. Remember - some of your buyers have bad eye sight. And control of all the text.

HP has always stood for quality and it hasn't changed
numbers only available at the top now, the side keyboard has been removed, but it is the same way on the macs and maybe they are trying to be more streamlined; however, it was a difficult habit to break for me. the envy was easy to set up, the keyboard is responsive and has large buttons, battery life has been excellent so far, mcafee security comes free the first month, you can keep it or get your own. my envy was purchased for basic home use, not business, but it's still a good quality machine, highly recommended.

Overall Pleased
Overall a very nice machine. Fast, light weight, and hold a charge well. I like the large amount of storage and large screen. My only concern is with the mouse pad. It is difficult to control and the click function is sometimes sticks. Overall I'm pleased. My last HP computer lasted 10 years and was easy to upgrade. Not so sure this one is upgradable.

PC great, promotion not that much
I bought this laptop for my son, he loves it, the touch screen/ pen option and the foldability are outstanding. However, there was a promotion for a gift card, I bought the laptop in August and am still waiting on it. It's been 3 weeks since I filled my claim after 2 weeks and multiple calls to customer service for the claim site to accept the serial number

I bought this laptop to replace my 7 year old HP Pavilion laptop. I was happy with the quality of the computer, as well as the Intel processor. It is a beautiful computer at a reasonable price.

Frustrating Experience: Delayed Replacement and Poor Customer Support
I am deeply disappointed with my recent experience with HP. I ordered an HP Envy x360 2-in-1 Laptop on July 20, 2024, and received it in an unsealed, damaged box on August 2. After reporting the issue, I was promised a replacement by August 6-7, but despite returning the damaged product promptly, I have yet to receive the new laptop. The delays have been compounded by inconsistent and unprofessional customer support, where multiple supervisors promised updates but never followed through.
To improve, HP needs to ensure proper quality control so that products arrive in good condition. The exchange process should be streamlined to avoid unnecessary delays, and customer support agents must be trained to provide reliable information and timely updates. Additionally, keeping the website and customers informed with accurate order status would greatly enhance the overall experience. HP must do better in meeting basic customer service standards.
And I’ve finally received my refund back after one month also without any product

Really Like This Laptop!
I am very happy with my HP Envy x360 2-in-1 laptop! I had to get a new computer to replace my old HP Pavilion dv9000 laptop which can't be upgraded to Windows 11. I knew that I wanted another HP because I have always been very satisfied with my HP products and I trust the brand. I had the usual fears about transitioning to a new computer but once I figured out how to bring my Firefox profile into my new laptop the rest was pretty easy. I could have ordered a more customized machine and was tempted but that would have been more expensive. I knew that I wanted to spend around a thousand dollars and that I wanted to also get a docking station to connect my external devices. Right now that's my ancient HP Desk Jet 932C printer and an external hard drive, but I can also connect other devices as well. My salesperson was very good. After asking me questions about how large a screen I wanted and how much I wanted to spend she suggested the Envy x360.

HP is the perfect choice!!
Perfect computer upgrade for me! I called the helpline to discuss my current HP for an upgrade. I was SO worried replacing my computer as I have SO much information saved. When I called the staff was wonderful. They listened to my needs and built my computer! I was surprised at the price. The computer would help my needs was just as much as the box store. But the difference was this computer had more to offer. If you need a computer and are unsure give them a call!! You will not be disappointed! I also purchase the software to transfer information from my old computer to my new computer. It was so easy!!

Good value for the money
It is a nice machine but not very portable because it is shockingly heavy. I hope the heft translates to durability. I like the keyboard. Need to teach myself about the benefits of the PEN. Bought it during July 4 sale. Seems to be a good value at the sale price.

Decent lap top for everyday use.
I chose a smaller less powerful PC this time around and I like it. The keyboard is backlit and the letters are large and easy to read. The only con I can see is the touch pad. I feels cheap and is not vary responsive. Really poor for game play.

Envy is a Model I Trust
The Envy x360 2-in-1 is a fine machine; it performs well and is a satisfactory upgrade to the old similar Envy laptop I bought several years ago. My only disappointment is the power cord connection to the laptop is unsubstantial and is easy to accidentally unplug. I am 78 years old and much preferred to old round-hole plug that was easy to distinguish from the other jacks on the side of the machine.

Great machine ND reasonable price.
Great machine. perfect size, not too big, but big enough to get some work done. It is a little large for use as a tablet, but is doable. The system boots really quick with the SSD drive and RAM. The charging brick is also pleasantly smaller in size so easier to carry. Battery life lasted most of the day with regular use.

Poor delivery follow up and HP is NOT made in USA
The ordering process was perfect. I got just what I needed and at a great price. I just wasn't told that the laptop would be coming from China. Tracking the package showed me that it left China at a reasonable time but when it got to USA it was held up getting through customs. Nobody would tell me why it was being held up and I had to talk to too many people to finally get my package to finally start moving and get to me. I even had to change my delivery to hold at the station so that I wouldn't miss the delivery. It took over a week to move from the entrance port to Maryland.

I bought this computer twice. I had to return the first one because when you press on the mouse pad it gets & stays stuck down. Now, I have received the replacement and it is doing the exact same thing! What a nightmare. The computer is beautiful with a great picture but the mouse pad is a BIG issue.

Meets tech needs and budget
Bought for light to moderate use to replace home/office laptop that can't run Windows 11. Chose this laptop to get the best tech possible at a good price for upgrading SSD, CPU, and video. Intel graphics is acceptable as no gaming use. The included pen was a bonus. Lightweight and size are important to make it easier to travel with an acceptable screen size.
Easy to setup. Not a lot of bloatware. Will be used at home office and in-office. Some use in a conference room for presentations possibly in tablet mode with the pen.
At the office the laptop is used with a large monitor, wireless mouse and keyboard.
