Rated 5 out of 5 by Emil2024 from Highly recommend HP Laptop - 17t-cn300 What you like about your . Wide screen and the ten key option. Any areas for improvement. More USB ports would be extremely nice. Your setup experience. This was a breeze. Literally just minutes.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Mr MRP from New upgraded Laptop HP Products have been very reliable and have not any issues with either my previous laptop and printers I have owned. Only issue I had with new laptop ordered to upgrade my old 10 yr old laptop was that it was shipped from China and it appeared to take about 30 days or more to receive, because it was lost in Memphis Tennesse for over 10+ days. Not sure if I got my original order or the re-order? But now I cannot get the Keyboard Back light on, there is nothing that shows back light for the keyboard. My Key F4 is blank and nothing I tried will work.

Rated 5 out of 5 by FranDL from Love my new HP Laptop 17t-cn400 17! I love my new HP Laptop 17t-cn400 17.3. I had two older HP laptops, each with 8GB Ram, that were just too slow for my needs. This new laptop has 16GB RAM, and more of everything else, it runs so quickly. Starts up immediately when I turn it on, I don't think I have ever had a computer this fast, loving every minute I spend on it. It was so easy to quickly set up, I loaded all the programs I need, set up email, etc. For now, I don't need a second laptop. When I was searching for a new laptop I was ready to buy an HP laptop on sale at Amazon. I always buy HP laptops (usually at Best Buy), have never had any problems with them over the years. Checking out the HP website I started a Chat with Margie (immediately got a live person, not a robot) who was amazing. I told her what I needed to do on my computer, number of windows I need to have open at a time, how my older HPs were slowing down, and a 17.3" screen was a must. She got right to work, came back with a few questions, didn't take long to send me a configuration at a price that was outstanding. An additional plus was the optional HP 3-year warranty at only $89.99 that would be fully refunded if not used during the 3 years. ( If I had bought the computer at Best Buy or through Amazon, the 3-year warranties offered would have cost over $200 with no refund if not used.) I have never had to take an HP in for repair, most problems are usually software or need a new battery, and Google searches have always provided the help I need. So, very happy with my purchase. Thank you HP, and Thank you Margie! Fran

Rated 5 out of 5 by Anonymous from Good product just as expected I am happy with my purchase. All of my pc purchases have been HP and I have been happy with every one. I wish the battery would last longer between charging sessions though. It only last for 60 to 80 minutes between charges - not very good for a brand new battery.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Matsys Cat from HP Laptop 17t-cn300, 17.3" I like using the HP Laptop 17 inch. What I don't like is that the touchpad seems to be too touchy. There are times when you just lightly touch the pad and it changes what you were looking at.

Rated 5 out of 5 by JulieF from Replaced my 12 year old HP laptop This pc is whiz-bang, marvelous. So easy to use and everything was included. I'm sure happy with everything about my purchase. From the assistance at the HP website to the constant updates on the shipment, the delivery and the packaging. But the best part was buying the software from HP to transfer all of my files myself. Just top notch all around.

But on the downside, no place for DVD or for an SD card, tho I was aware of the lack ofthe former when I purchased....also, the plug pulls out too easily and it is difficpult to open lid when closed up. But overall, it works well for me.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Dewy S. from HP computers are reliable HP computers have been around for a long time. Only one time I owned a different brand and was not pleased with it. So now I only purchase HP computers. I have had very good experiences with them. Everything from building my own to my specific needs to if I need technical support it has been great. Anyway, if you’re looking for a new computer, check out what HP has to offer.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Jeri W from Terrible purchasing experience! This laptop is a wonderful piece of equipment! I felt confident ordering from HP since they received an award for sustained excellence, but it sure was not in customer service! Their service leaves a great deal to be desired!! I did NOT get what I ordered! My neighbor and I searched the ad carefully before ordering because I wanted a touch screen. I did NOT get a touch screen! Furthermore, the ad no longer states that this model has a touch screen. I also ordered the pale rose gold exterior, did not get that either. Worse of all, I ordered this laptop on September 2nd, it came from China, but it was lost in shipment by UPS in the states. I did not receive my laptop until October 18! During this interim I talked with HP reps numerous times and they were uniformly helpful and courteous. Why it took so long is unknown. I tw UPS several times, but I could not file the claim for the loss, the sender had to do that. So it was all in the hands of HP. This was by far the MOST unsatisfactory purchasing experience I've ever had, internet or in person!

Rated 5 out of 5 by SMathews from Great price. Gave it 4 stars, because it is exactly what I needed with a great price (on sale). Using the laptop for working remotely (Citrix) and browsing. Having said that 8G of main memory does not cut it. Browsing will use 80% of the 8G memory and some sites were extremely slow. Citrix unusable. Max the memory (Hp only offered up to 16G when I got the laptop) and now with the maxed CPU memory it works like a charm.

Rated 5 out of 5 by TRE_nv from Switching to HP After using a Dell for several years, it became unstable, freezes and with multiple reloads, just wouldn't stay running. I've used HP's before and decided that features don't always make good sense. Returning to HP, the laptop has been great so far, no technical issues to date and although relatively new, I hope it runs solid longer than the 4 years the Dell did.

Love the keyboard layout and as the full numeric keypad which is a win. The only thing is if you are used to using the OLED screen this has a slightly reduced screen resolution. But it is still a really great laptop and I am happy with my purchase.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Mokuska from Simply Awful Customer Service Good luck if you need to talk to a live person, or hoping that someone will call you. Their virtual assistant is dumber as a rock. Her answers have absolutely nothing to do with your questions. The laptop arrived without the power cable, so can’t comment much on how it works. Borrowed a cable from my daughter just to se it up and register it. It looked and felt OK, but look and feel don’t tell you anything about performance. After about 5 days and hours on the Internet and phone, sent from one phone number/department to another one at least 4-5 times, finally got to the right person. Courteous and professional, he said they would send me the cable, and they did. The next day I received a message from FedEx that the package will be delivered the following day. If I remember correctly was a Saturday, but not sure. I rarely leave the house, so I was at home both days, waiting for the cable, but FedEx never came. Just after noon, received a message from Fedex that they tried to deliver the package for the second time but nobody was at home to sign for it. THAT WAS A LIE! I was at home both days and never left the house even for a minute! It’s not the first time that FedEx does it on weekends. I have 2 awesome security cameras: one installed above the garage, the other on at the door. Both cameras recorded everything both day, including a UPS truck/driver delivering a package 2 minutes before I received the message from FedEx that nobody was home to sign. The moment I received the message I call FedEx to let them know that I was and am at home and need the package. Good luck getting through their robot, too! This was at least 3 weeks ago. Since then tried several times to talk to someone and sent emails, but no luck. Still using my old laptop. Besides the awful customer service, here is a question: Why would HP ship a power cable requiring a signature at delivery????? I do not, but most of the people work. Should they take a day off to wait for FedEx to deliver a power cable sometime between 9:00 AM and 2:15 PM??? And there is a good chance that it might be delivered late afternoon. Can’t express how frustrated I am!!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by billybilly from Really only one complaint :-) When a computer is working fine, you don't notice anything, and overall, this is working fine and smoothly. So here's what I hate: the touchpad, "mouse" buttons. It is all one thing, no separate left or right button, it is all part of the touchpad. This sucks in photoshop when I have to use multiple fingers on one touchpad. I will end up with a separate wireless mouse--which is fine. But if anything specific could be improved, give me a touchpad and 2 seperate buttons.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Print8 from A Couple of Improvements Overall a nice laptop, but it would be nice if there was a slight indentation along the front edge to make it easier to open it. Is HP Laptop 17t-cn300, 17.3" good for light gaming on Roblox? I'm thinking of buying my son a laptop for Christmas and this laptop sounds like a nice and large budget laptop.

Asked by: Michael5329
For any software, you will want to check the publisher's website for the system requirements to make sure it meets the requirements for the setting you would like to use with that software. Updates can change those requirements which can prevent you from using your preferred settings or stop it from working with your device. With online software, your internet connection will also impact how well it will run. Roblox will currently run on this device.
