Good Kit - But Not Complete
All the preventative maintenance parts were included in the kit except for the tray #1 separation pad and the tray #2 separation roller. I would have been nice to replace all the rollers and the separation pad on the printer at the same time with genuine HP parts.

Easy to install; fixed the problem we were having with character images printing a second time further down the page.

Is this for a CM1312? Does it include a new fuser?
No, the Q5421A is not compatible with the HP CM 1312. Please contact HP Technical Support for assistance with the correct kit for the 1312. https://support.hp.com/us-en
