Need to File a Complaint - Worst Experience EVER
I got the laptop bag but FedEx delivered the $1,500 laptop to the wrong location. I purchased these items as a birthday gift that was supposed to be delivered 12-9-25 for a 12-11-25. I STILL DON'T HAVE THE LAPTOP almost a month later. I am filing complaints with FedEx and HP. I purchased this laptop on Cyber Monday sale for half price and it has been the worst experience. I will never purchase anything from HP online again. Not only that but if I don't get resolution ASAP I am going to post reviews on all social media and Google profiles detailing my negative experience with HP and FedEx. This is ridiculous. I was so looking forward to purchasing from a business that I have followed for years. So disappointing.
