Rated 5 out of 5 by Patrick from Upstate NY from Smart Move to an HP All-in-one! So far so good! I made the switch from a HP laptop to an HP All-in-One. the HP OmniStudio is so much easier to read and use. My wife has an HP All-in-One and she gave me sound advice. I really enjoy the size and it is easy to move to another room if I wish.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Mike St from The surprises are all positive This is an upgrade from an old Windows 10 all-in-one. Every worry turned out to be false. It has a CAT network cable plug, which wasn't obvious from the description. The transition from the old PC was fairly painless. My old "home and student" Microsoft Office ownership was recognized after signing in; I needn't have bought any software. As expected, the electronic storage eliminated the slooow behavior of the old hard drive.

Rated 1 out of 5 by HP OmniStudio X All-in-On from Faulty Production Assembly i wish i could give this product a zero start, i had ordered the Hp Omnistudio X all in One AI Desktop during the black friday sales and recieved it on time, during unboxing i realised the edge of the screen was popped out on the upper right conner, i cpontacted HP and returned the item, a replacement was sent which arrived faulty as well, i again contacted HP and i was asked to return it for a refund and not a replacement, i really needed love the PC so the promise to lock the black friday price for me on my new order since the sales was was over at the time, i didnt have enough money so i could on;y wait for the refund to be able to reorder, i waited for long time without recieving my refund and contacted HP about the situation and i waas told to wait a little longer for the refund to arrive to my bank account and when i brought up the point of making the new order with thesame black friday sales price as the innitial order, i was told i would have to pay the current price of the PC, the innitail purchase was made on the 11/12/2024 today is the 12/12/2024, 1 month latter, no PC, no Refund, No innitial purchase price gaurantee despite everything they have put me through, today i went on Amazon and decided to look up the price of the same PC and found a review similar to my experience of people complaining of being sent faulty pieces of the same Pc, stay away from this garbage piece "ALL IN ONE"

Rated 2 out of 5 by Pat Glau from NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER The computer part is fine. The three USB ports on the pole or rod that holds up the computer do not work. Spent hours on phone with Tech. No help. HP will not replace. Only had it three weeks. No one spoke English and no one knew how to help me. Other problem the OS will not recognize my Brother printer. The HP printer came online and now it is offline and I can't change it. I blame Mocrosoft for that mess not HP

I'd like information on your 21.5" All in one computers. I don't need all the bells and whistles: no gaming or design etc. needed. Just basic home Microsoft office, research and social media usage. Can you recommend one over another?
