So far so good. I have only had this set up for a few weeks. As of now I am very satisfied with the setup and usage. I am definitely not a constant computer user however, when I need it I need it. Time will certainly tell if this positive attitude will continue.

Good enough
Intel Ultra cpu made for laptops in this desktop is adequate for multitasking with 16gb ddr5 ram. With ssd m.2 this computer does well for everyday tasks. Not a heavy gaming system. The Ultras are a disappointment, performance-wise.

Question on Great HP OmniStudio All-In-One PC
Love he way my HP run and operates with the acception of connecting to my router connection of readyshare. As the computer will not do this and I am unable to get assistance from HP as when I go to there site for this for assistance with the desk top computer it converts to foreign language and continues to swap between differanant ones. Hopefully I can get connected as I am sure they can correct the issue as this item is very important to my home operations and storage.

Great Value
It came perfectly packaged and ready to go. Just had to plug it and go. The transfer from my old computer was easy to complete as well.

Worst computer ever bar none.
Worst computer experience I have ever had bar none. Purchased as a birthday present for my Mother. Delayed shipping, no set up instructions included only a QR code that took us to the HP website with no set-up directions there. Software installed incorrectly with no tech-support to help resolve the substandard configuration. Literally two weeks later and hours on hold and we still can’t check email or access many websites we need to. When requesting tech support, we were asked to pay an additional yearly subscription fee for software support on a brand new out of the box computer. Bounced around at HP person to person and on hold for an average of 30 to 45 minutes per interaction with no resolution offered. Each just regurgitated the same fix attempts over and over. Next step is to hire an outside Tech service and pay to have this brand new computer fixed. Absolutely abysmal company and computer. DO NOT BUY!!!

Solid, well-built All-in-One
Beautifully designed PC. Starts up fast, runs fast, looks great. It feels solid: finally a keyboard that is compact but not flimsy. I appreciate the adjustable height. It has enough USB ports (A and C). I wish it had a Micro SD slot and optical drive like my previous HP All-in-One; will have to get by with adapters.

Computer is nice; not so much for quality control.
New user still, just getting to know the computer. Certainly fast, and has great sound. Customer service was needed because the first computer had a black screen that no amount of trying turned on. Took almost 8 weeks for another due to holidays, weather-related delays. However, both times, the required dongle to work the mouse/keyboard was missing. The mouse and keyboard are useless. I had to get another. I would appreciate a new keyboard/mouse WITH dongle.

Fragile touchscreen
Works ok. Disappointed in the fragility of the touchscreen. Tech support said we put too much pressure on it resulting in $400 repair. Ouch!

Smart Move to an HP All-in-one!
So far so good! I made the switch from a HP laptop to an HP All-in-One. the HP OmniStudio is so much easier to read and use. My wife has an HP All-in-One and she gave me sound advice. I really enjoy the size and it is easy to move to another room if I wish.

The surprises are all positive
This is an upgrade from an old Windows 10 all-in-one. Every worry turned out to be false. It has a CAT network cable plug, which wasn't obvious from the description. The transition from the old PC was fairly painless. My old "home and student" Microsoft Office ownership was recognized after signing in; I needn't have bought any software. As expected, the electronic storage eliminated the slooow behavior of the old hard drive.

Faulty Production Assembly
i wish i could give this product a zero start, i had ordered the Hp Omnistudio X all in One AI Desktop during the black friday sales and recieved it on time, during unboxing i realised the edge of the screen was popped out on the upper right conner, i cpontacted HP and returned the item, a replacement was sent which arrived faulty as well, i again contacted HP and i was asked to return it for a refund and not a replacement, i really needed love the PC so the promise to lock the black friday price for me on my new order since the sales was was over at the time, i didnt have enough money so i could on;y wait for the refund to be able to reorder, i waited for long time without recieving my refund and contacted HP about the situation and i waas told to wait a little longer for the refund to arrive to my bank account and when i brought up the point of making the new order with thesame black friday sales price as the innitial order, i was told i would have to pay the current price of the PC, the innitail purchase was made on the 11/12/2024 today is the 12/12/2024, 1 month latter, no PC, no Refund, No innitial purchase price gaurantee despite everything they have put me through, today i went on Amazon and decided to look up the price of the same PC and found a review similar to my experience of people complaining of being sent faulty pieces of the same Pc, stay away from this garbage piece "ALL IN ONE"

Nice look, easy set up, and pretty good bang for the buck. Too much preloaded software. Ask me again in 5 years.

NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER
The computer part is fine. The three USB ports on the pole or rod that holds up the computer do not work. Spent hours on phone with Tech. No help. HP will not replace. Only had it three weeks. No one spoke English and no one knew how to help me. Other problem the OS will not recognize my Brother printer. The HP printer came online and now it is offline and I can't change it. I blame Mocrosoft for that mess not HP
