Only HP product I have not liked
This is the only HP product. I am not happy with. I cannot get the camera to work on it for my zoom meetings. I cannot get it to work with my printer. And it appears to have a powerline that’s in case in nylon, which is usually indicates rubber takes underneath which I am very allergic to. How do I return it?

Great speed, look, sound and use.
Speedy, great graphics and sound. I'm not a touch pad fan because my lazy hands hit it and mess up my typing. I turn it off and use a mouse. All around good speed and use. Thanks.

Loving my laptop
So excited to get my new laptop. Setup was super easy. The keyboard seems to be standard size but the overall computer is small and lightweight. Exactly what I wanted!

HP must do a better Job
I have had the pavilion some seven months. Last week I paid HP $52 to fix two problems with my pavilion. It stopped making sounds so I spent some $40 to buy new speakers which did not solve that problem. The numbers keys never worked and that too was a part of the $52 fix buy HP. I actually bought a HP lap top to replace the pavilion. It works well.

Love my new 14" laptop!
I've only had my new laptop for a week, so I still have a lot to learn. What I do know so far is that I love the 14" size and lightweight! I love the feel of the keyboard and it was very easy to get set up. Also, I bought it online, but called and talked to a representative and got very good service. I only gave it a 4 rating because I haven't used many of the features yet.

Mostly good, a little bad
I've only had this laptop a few days. However, the backspace key only works 50%-80% of the time. I called HP Warranty service. After 90 minutes on the phone, they sent a box for me to return the computer for warranty service.
A couple notes: when I ordered my computer (from HP directly) I saw a message that it would be built (in China) and shipped after I ordered. It arrived 8 days after I ordered it.
It was on sale the I bought it, so I paid $300 less than the pre-Christmas price. PC Magazine does a nice job of reviewing tech gear.

Bad Experience and Slow Shipping
Even though I have had bad experiences over the last 10 years, I decided to give HP another shot. For example, I paid a premium for a Color LaserJet M452nw. The printer is usually "offline" Whether I use Windows 10 or Windows 11, an IP Address over a Wi-Fi LAN, or HP Direct Printer, it is Offline. I have tried updating firmware, using online support tools, including a tool apparently designed to resolve this issue, reading HP support articles, and totally resetting the printer up from scratch. The HP support is beyond awful.
Not sure why I gave your company another chance, although I bought a Laptop during the Cyber Monday sale. The Black Friday price was not honored and the product was shipped way after the date committed. In additional to that, tracking indicates the package literally bounced around the country of China for over a week. If you can not make anything in the United States , can you at least ship it from here??
Truly awful ordering, build, and delivery experience. If and how HP responds to this review will determine if I ever consider HP products and services in teh future. Thank you

Checksum is Invalid. CMOS resetting problem.
When hitting the power button on initial boot up the screen remained dark. Held down the power button and shut the computer off. Powered it up again. Got message about the checksum being invalid and the CMOS resetting. After this the computer worked fine for about a week and then did this again. Not happy with this. I want the computer to work without problems when it is brand new.

Amazing CPU but HP built a bad laptop around it
Expensive for small screen, useless pre installed software, need to buy extra M2 SSD to have a decent one for fair price, memory is the worst part it is limited to 16GB 3200 due to some absolutely bad decision from HP trying to be like Apple, taking away the user's freedom to upgrade after purchase. So you'll have only a small memory in 2024 which is not enough, makes the system slow, also slow speed is just 3200 - 800mhz. I'm disappointed, my old HP from 2018 has same amount of memory. I didn't like the silver color and miss having traditional black one. The touchpad is not good, seems so old, could definitely be more modern since competitors are doing better on that. The CPU is amazing AMD 7840u but HP just decided to build a bad laptop around a great processor, it could be an amazing cost benefit product, giving the user freedom and flexibility, says a person with 2 university degrees about informatics, I'm a developer. I liked more my old HP that I can upgrade everything and design is also way nicer and is 6 yo! I just needed a new hardware so I bought a new laptop and as explained I didn't like the way they did, is not good for us, users. Is better for HP since they push you to buy something heavier and more expensive in order to have the freedom you should already have. That's why my review is 1 star. I definitely don't like such decision and I feel sorry HP is not like used to be.
