A lonnng-time HP user...The unit arrived inoperable, which I understand happens occasionally. I am frustrated with the effort required to get all this sorted out. A cynic might think HP set out to design a system guaranteeing customer frustration – absolutely abysmal. I made contact with customer service but have no confidence this be resolved smoothly. I hope you prove me wrong.

Does It AllThe device satisfies all my needs both in the classroom and in my personal life. It’s a bit of transition from TI. The HP is fast, the touchscreen negates dozens of keystrokes, especially when navigating models.

Very good with needed improvements for the cost. The shipment arrived on time. Retail packaging and item was in pristine condition. Operation was very fast without any errors or malfunctions. One improvement needed is the slide on cover. The cover needs to be more rigid. When packed in a bag the cover easily flexed and turns the item on and depletes the battery. Another improvement needed is the Micro USB cable is difficult to see the orientation. The cable and connection should be upgraded to the C-Type USB Cable to avoid the confusion when plugging in. For this premium cost these items should be better designed.

Why do the specs listed for this product indicate "Battery: LR44 x 1; Solar cell built into front of calculator"? Clearly this calculator doesn't have a solar cell. Is this even a G2? Why don't the specs list memory, CPU, etc.?
