Sold used Laptop as New
Purchased what I thought was a new unit from HP.com. I discovered that the warranty expires 9 months after the purchase. I contacted HP and was told that it was a previously purchased unit by one support person and that is the reason for the early expiration. This was a misrepresentation of what I thought I was purchasing. It has been a month and still no resolution of the warranty or apology for what I consider shady practice.

Why do you not list microsoft office on a business laptop?? I want to purchase my own license. I will not subscribe their plan.
