Quality of purchase
I was hoping I was going to receive a product that was worth purchasing. Paying this much money for something that doesn’t even work goes beyond my disappointment. I purchased the pen only to find out it doesn’t come with the charger, which led me to spend an additional amount of money to buy the charger. After I received the charger in the mail,I put the pen to charge. I waited at least 2 days before the pen was fully charged. I took it off the charger and tried to turn it on and the pen its self would not turn on or even show in the Bluetooth list on my laptop. The light on the pen would come on while on the charger, but once I removed it, it was acting as if it had no battery power at all. I’m very disappointed with this purchase. 0/10

I have a brand new HP Slim Rechargeable Pen "P/N: 4X91AA" and "S/N: 7CH2270432" and dont know how to connect it to my devide. can you help me?

Be aware this Pen is only compatible with select education edition HP ProBook's. Compatible only with HP Pro x360 Fortis 11 inch G9 Notebook PC, HP Pro x360 Fortis 11 inch G10 Notebook PC, and HP Pro x360 435 13.3 inch G9 Notebook PC. Compatible PC Host requires AES 1.0 protocol support. If you do not have one of these models the Pen will not connect.

Hello so I have this exact same pen. I thought it would work with my iPad but it did not. I do not have a receipt. Can I exchange it with one that is compatible with my iPad please? I can provide pictures and all parts are included. Perfect condition, New

the hp 630W7AA does it come with the charger or is it seperate
This HP Slim Rechargeable Pen is only compatible with HP Pro x360 Fortis 11 inch G9 Notebook PC, HP Pro x360 Fortis 11 inch G10 Notebook PC and HP Pro x360 435 13.3 inch G9 Notebook PC. The charger for this pen is included on these select models: HP Pro x360 Fortis 11 inch G9 Notebook PC and HP Pro x360 Fortis 11 inch G10 Notebook PC. HP Slim Rechargeable Pen Charger is sold separately for HP Pro x360 435 13.3 inch G9 Notebook PC.
