I’m out $400 and don’t have any monitors
I purchased this as a bundle of 2 monitors, which arrived quickly. However, upon setting them up I noticed a discrepancy in the colors displayed. I tried factory resetting, yet it remained. It was as if one were cool toned and the other warm toned. I called support and they could not determine which was the correct color and suggested exchanging both, assuring me they were available. One would think if an exchange is set up, the stock would be held to complete the exchange, but it wasn’t. Upon seeing that my return arrived back to HP, I waited a few days and didn’t get anything about the new shipment. I was told they may take up to 10 days to assess my return and agree that they need to be replaced and we’re not damaged by me.
Now, I have an email that my order was cancelled at $0, and HP is claiming they returned the full amount to my payment method. Two problems with this 1. I should have monitors, but they said they are out of stock of this model now. 2. it was a gift card that once spent was tossed, so I no longer have it, and I have spoken with 4 representatives over the last 3 days who repeatedly tell me I should call my bank to get my money transferred to a new card. It took 10 minutes to explain to one individual that while it states I paid with a Mastercard, this was a gift card.
The latest message left on my vm from a manager there told me again I should talk to my bank to get this money moved to my bank or go to merchant where it was purchased to ask for a replacement. This is not how gift cards work. I don’t have the card number to even attempt this.
I called again after that message and reiterated to the 4th person that this was a gift card, amazingly she understood what a gift card is, but had to get management involved to find a resolution.
So, I’m out $400 and have no monitors. The customer service is disappointing to say the least. If you make a purchase on a gift card, hold onto it until you are sure everything has arrived and is fully functional.

27" monitors are the way to go
I previously had one 25" monitor but wanted something a little bit bigger and 2" makes all the difference. Having two 27" monitors makes working at home bearable. The pixels are great, colors are vivid and I love the silver finish.

Great Video, sound needs more volume.
I have 4 of these monitors, two 27 in and two 24 in. They are great side by side and very easy to set up. For video comparison, I have a 27 in Apple studio monitor and I can't see a difference. I solved the low volume issue by using small sound bar between the monitors. I have them set up in extended format and they also switch between PC and Apple computers. I gave the monitors a 4 because of the limited sound volume. For price value, I would recommend these monitors.

The right bundle
Screen is a nice size and the Hd resolution is very bright, no height adjustment only tilt. Built in speakers are ok. Overall the quality is well worth the price. I purchased through hp.com and ordered the dual monitor bundle which made this a deal you couldn't pass on.

Easy on the eyes - Easy hook-up - Prompt Delivery
I ordered 2 of these monitors for work. The large clear screens make it easier to read through lines of code without pressing my face against the screen. Set-up was simple & fast. Delivery through Fed-ex was prompt and without issue. I would recommend to a friend.

Screen was delivered with a permanent 1.5 inch mark on it.
My screen came in early but had a inch and a half size mark on the screen that I can see anytime the screen is not lit up bright. Other than that it works well.

Do not purchase if you plan on mounting them to a monitor arm
This monitor does not have mounting holes in the back of the monitor. Why in the world would you design ANY monitor that cannot be mounted to a monitor hanger of any kind without purchasing an adapter to do so??

Nice display, easy to set up. However, having two HDMI ports, I thought I would have been able to daisy chain a second monitor using the second port - nope. Must buy a docking station to connect additional monitors to the computer.
The speakers on this are pathetic at best. They may work for video conferencing and normal talking, but music sounds like it is echoing though a tin can. With the volume turned up all the way, it is barely louder than normal talking level. If you plug your external speakers into the monitor, the volume on those is cut more than 50% than if you just plugged directly to your computer.
Save yourself a lot of money and don't get the speakers nor opt for additional ports.
The only nice part is the screen is the right size for me to be able to get 15 columns in Excel to show up.

Thank you for your question! The HP V27i can operate two different PCs. One via HDMI and one via VGA. Simply choose the correct input from the menu options. For two HDMI PCs, an external HDMI switch would be necessary.

What do I need do use to broadcast the sound from my iPad Pro with this monitor when using the HDMI port for video like YouTube? I am a pastor and this monitor is the only other tech in the church?
Hello Pastor Ray and thank you for your question! This monitor doesn't have built-in speakers. However, you should be able to purchase speakers that connect via Bluetooth to your iPad to fix this problem. Also, an HP display with built-in speakers would work as well. HP doesn't manufacture Bluetooth speakers at this time, but most Bluetooth speakers should be fine.
