Best computer that I have ever owned
This is the best computer that I have ever owned, and I have owned many. The CPU is blazingly fast. The graphics are crisp and clean. It has more than ample memory and storage. It is small and light enough that you can easily carry it with you on a flight. If I had to complain, my only complaint would be the lack of connectors, but I realize that laptops offer limited space for them.

Notebook would not turn on. I ordered for an employee who was out of town. 1 day outside of the 30 return window, now I have to do a repair, not exchange.

So far so good
I initially experienced loud noise from the inbuilt fan when I ran a virtual machine of memory 16gb on the laptop. But the noise has come down after I called the HP technical team. The support engineer took me through some steps to install some patched/updates. I have not experience the issue since then. I am still keeping eyes on the laptop performance, so it's fair to give 4 stars at this stage of usage.
