Rated 1 out of 5 by Anonymous from Very poor phone system I would not recommend HP because it is a very difficult phone system in order talk to a real person. The microphone set was supposed to have a USB in order to communicate with the computer it was not included in the shipment. When I contacted HP it was very difficult to reach anyone to try to resolve the issue when I finally was able to speak to a person, I was informed it would take days before they would resolve the issue and shipped the missing part. I once again contacted HP to inquire about returning the product. To my surprise, the refund was quicker than their response regarding the missing part. Since I have had a long relationship with Dell computers, I contacted them and received a higher quality product and in a very short period of time.

Rated 4 out of 5 by InMeetingsAlot from Well worth the money! Trying to find the best meeting option in today's market is quite the challenge, one the Voyager stands up to quite well. It easily installs, has great audio clarity and is very quick to connect to your device. A couple of things to consider, the battery sits behind your ear, so if you wear reading glasses getting the two comfortable can take a couple of adjustments. The battery life is only 6 hours which for me requires I place it in a changing station (bought separately) between calls. Like my earbuds my ear get soar after about 7-8 hours of calls. The ranges is ok from the computer, other devices seem to reach just a bit farther, but I find the range adequate for what I use it for. I had over the ear headphones as my primary device which this has replaced. I like the fact it does not try to out think me and know when to shut off or go to sleep like many other products, I am quite capable of that myself! This is not my primary meeting device and would recommend you give it a try.

How do I get this headset to stop saying PC Connected / PC Disconnected about every 30 seconds, it is a horrible feature when you need this headset to be speaking with other people and they can hear every time it happens as it is so loud.
