Unable to return
I purchased the wrong toner cartridge for my printer & I am not able to return it or get my money back. I am now out $63.00.

Arrived timely
It was convenient to get it through HP, however it does not fit the Samsung printer I have though it did say it would. I am sure I can make it fit if I do surgery to remove the two tabs the toner cartidge has on both sides. Live and learn.
