Follow the steps listed below to calibrate your printer.

  1. Print a copy of this Web page and walk over to the printer you are troubleshooting.

  2. Press Menu to enter the MENUS on the control panel of the printer.

  3. Press to highlight CONFIGURE DEVICE and press .

  4. Press to highlight PRINT QUALITY and press .

  5. Press to highlight FULL CALIBRATE NOW and press .

  6. Wait for the printer to calibrate.
