This setting will reduce charge capacity over time to optimize battery health and mitigate factors that can accelerate battery degradation. As a result of this reduction, battery runtime will decrease over time as available charge capacity is reduced. HP may, at any time, update HP Battery Health Manger to improve available settings, functionality, and performance.
