Use of Voucher Codes

Please enter the e-voucher code without any spaces in the E-Voucher field during your order checkout.

The e-voucher should be entered during your order checkout process, as it can't be applied later.

If you find that the e-voucher is not working for you, please check the below first:

E-vouchers can only be applied to an order CHF 0.01 in excess of voucher value e.g. if you have e-voucher valued at CHF 20.00 then this can be applied to orders above CHF 20.01.
Only one e-voucher code can be used per purchase.
The e-voucher code cannot be used after the order has been placed.
E-voucher codes may only be valid in specific instances (as outlined in the e-voucher terms and conditions). All Voucher Codes will have an expiration date. Please check the instructions given to you along with the e-voucher code.
