HP today announced the integration of 3PAR Utility Storage across
the HP Converged Infrastructure
portfolio to simplify scalable cloud computing, and introduced new
storage solutions for virtualization and data deduplication.
Integrating 3PAR Utility Storage across HP’s Converged Infrastructure
portfolio enables clients to optimize cloud delivery with features like thin
provisioning and automated storage tiering that eliminate excess capacity
while improving overall utilization. The combination also simplifies data
management through unified block-and-file storage on a single array as well
as completes convergence of management for storage and server
infrastructure.
