PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE CAREFULLY BEFORE PARTICIPATING IN THIS PROGRAM. BY PARTICIPATING IN THE HP EDUCATION PROGRAM, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF USE AND ALL TERMS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE.
General Information:
The HP Business Club is brought to you by HP Inc. Participation and benefits shall be considered void where prohibited by law. Taxes may apply where required by law. HP Inc. assumes no liability for any user's participation that contravenes the laws or regulations of his or her state. Your participation is subject to present and future program rules. Your participation is valid only at hp.com. Private discounts, promotions and offers may only be earned and redeemed on participating products purchased in HP.com. By participating in the HP Business Club, you agree to receive email communications that may contain important information about your account, membership or special offers.
HP Inc. specifically reserves the right to terminate, cancel, suspend and/or modify the HP Business Club Program, or any specific User's participation in the HP Business Club Program, if any fraud, virus or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, safety or proper function of the HP Business Club Program, as determined by HP Inc. in its sole discretion. In addition, HP Inc. reserves the right to terminate, cancel, suspend and/or permanently ban any specific User's participation in the HP Business Club Program if HP suspects that such User is conducting fraudulent activity to acquire or accumulate additional benefits including, but not limited to the creation of fraudulent user profiles, false referrals, etc.
Becoming a member:
HP Business Club offers 3 levels of membership: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Small Business customers qualify by meeting minimum purchase volumes required for each level.
At the launch of the program, business customers may opt into the Bronze Level with no pre-requisite. Business customers who have purchased a minimum of $2,500 will automatically qualify for the Silver Level Business Club and associated benefits. Customers who subsequently purchase additional products and achieve the minimum thresholds will qualify for and be automatically upgraded to the Gold level.
Existing General store members can convert to a Business Club Bronze membership by calling an HP sales specialist at 1 (866) 625-3906.
Earn incremental discounts and gain access to private offers and product information:
- Bronze Level: No purchase requirement
- Silver Level: $5,000 per year
- Gold Level: $10,000 per year
Qualifying purchases
Qualifying purchases are defined as purchases of products from the following categories:
- Select Business PCs (Elite, Pro and Workstation brands)
- Select Business Accessories
- Select Printers
This excludes free gift promotions, sales tax, state fees, shipping charges, delivery charges, personalized products purchased on store.hp.com, discounts, redemption of HP Rewards, redemption of gift cards, and fees or other excluded charges.
Exclusions:
Consumer products purchased on store.hp.com, including but not limited to consumer NoteBooks, Desktops, All-in-One PCs, Convertible PCs, Detachable PCs, tablets, home printers and gift cards, are not eligible for business discounts. HP Business Club Purchases are separate from and may not be combined with the HP Loyalty / Referral program. Purchases are limited to and for End-user customers. Products may not be purchased by Businesses or Resellers with the intent to resell products through any sales channel including but not limited to retail, value-added or online channels. Effective March 1, 2023, ink and toner will no longer be eligible for program discounts.
Business Club Thresholds and Status Changes:
Sales volumes are re-evaluated on a calendar bi-quarterly basis (January 1st and July 1st).
- New customers who exceed the initial threshold of $5,000 in annual purchase volume will be added to the Silver Level in the next calendar half.
- Customers who maintain the minimum of $5,000 in purchases per year will remain in the Silver Level of the business club.
- Customers who exceed the purchase threshold for the Gold Level Business Club will be automatically elevated to the appropriate level (Gold = $10,000+).
- Customers whose annual purchase volume falls below the minimum Business Club threshold(s) will be automatically lowered to the appropriate Business Club level or return to general store status if purchase volumes over a 12 month period fall below the minimum $2,500 threshold.
Returns:
Product returns are dependent upon a returns authorization and will be reimbursed at the Dollar Value for which the product was purchased including applicable taxes and freight charged at the time of the original order. Returned products purchased at discounted prices will not be reimbursed at their standard list price. Purchase value of returned products will be subtracted from the annual total and does not count towards the annual qualifying totals required for Business Club pricing levels.
Cancelled orders:
Cancelled orders will be refunded at the Dollar Value for which the product was purchased including applicable taxes and freight charged at the time of the original order.
Accounts:
Sales volume for multiple individuals belonging to the same business account will be combined to reflect total sales for that business and will be assigned to the (same) applicable Business Club level commensurate with total value of account purchases.
Promotional offers:
HP Business Club members are also eligible for exclusive, time-sensitive offers and product announcements not available to general store customers. HP reserves the right to change or cancel exclusive offers at any time and at its sole discretion. HP Business Club offers may not be combined with other products offers, discounts, coupons or program benefits unless explicitly stated.

HP recognizes the fundamental importance of privacy, security and data protection to our customers worldwide. Please read our Privacy Statement to learn more about our privacy practices and the choices you can make about the way we collect and use information about you.
Termination:
Participation in the HP Business Club Program is a privilege granted to HP users and as such can be suspended, revoked or terminated at any time by HP for any reason or for no reason. In the event of termination of your participation, all benefits including all accrued Loyalty Points, Rewards and other program benefits will automatically and immediately be forfeited.
Program Changes:
HP reserves the right to vary any or all of the terms of the HP Business Club Program, to amend these Terms of Service, or to terminate the HP Business Club Program, at any time without notice and without further obligations to users, including, but not limited to, modifications of standard discounts and exclusive offers earned on and after the date of the change. Notice of any such changes, amendments or termination will be provided to users via message or email, or by being posted on the store.hp.com website and will be effective immediately, unless otherwise stated in such notification.
