Fix this issues
I purchased it and it did not apply to my computers warranty. When I owned a Lenovo it was simple purchase applied. I also talked to HP they said we will send you an email with instructions how to apply it. Several weeks later no email or has it applied to my laptop.

Isn't this really a one year add on to the factory warranty? I would be more interested in a 2 year in addition to the 1 year factory warranty so i am covered for a 3 year period in total. Can you pleshow me where i can buy that type of coverage pack?
