Found out that this service is not included in the three day on site support, although that was the only reason I agreed to include the purchase the HP Care Pack with a new desktop PC. HP only offers virtual assistance for setting up and migration of a new desktop PC. Both computer and HP Care Pack were returned to HP for not meeting expectations.

Can this service be used for setup from old to new computer?

No, this HP 3-year 3-day Onsite Desktop Service does not include a PC setup service. For PC setup and other like needs please see the HP Smart Friend services.
