I called the technical support number given to me, and the first representative kept me on the phone a lengthy time and still could not answer my questions. The second time I called, the representative had such a thick foreign accent I could not understand him. In frustration, I emailed the District Manager who had someone call me but the caller ID showed a toll-free number instead of HP so I did not answer, and no voice message was left. Instead, I received an email from the Print Contact Center inquiring "Is there any preferred call back date and time in which we may attempt to contact you?" I replied with a day and window of time however I was never contacted during that time. This happened twice. Why would HP keep asking for my availability if they are going to call me at a completely different time?
