HP care/support is an offshore embarrassment and insult to customers
PC had issues out of the box. A call to tech support revealed their inability to understand English, no real knowledge of PCs let alone Windows so therefore the inability to understand technical issues, an inability to comprehend next steps, and no ability to escalate. PC was returned and I went with Dell - zero issues.
