I gave this it because nothing I have purchased directly from the HP store has been athenic! I have been sent defaulted ink this for another printer and they have yet to correct their responsibility of refunding my money or placing a credit on my account! They were suppose to have it picked up so it could be returned and didn't. Then they sent me down a rabbit hole! The representatives I have been speaking with in the Phillipines are the worst!!

Hp care pack
Im not sure if the care pack us worth it or not. It was very inexpensive and will help if my hp pavilion happens to quit working. Problems seem to happen after insurance plans expire.

Is there a Care Pack for a Deskjet 4100 series printer that includes accidental damage protection with coverage for either 3 or 4 years?
