Rated 1 out of 5 by Disappointed in Purchase from Don't purchase or install new printhead unless you have funds to replace all print cartridges. Existing printhead was expired so firmware updates where not permitted. Installed new printhead and experienced cascade of additional errors. System rejects older, unused print cartridges and blocked completion of the printhead installation. Printer no longer recognizes paper roll installed. Submitted return request. Given two business days to contact support to walk them through everything we tried. HP cancelled return request.

It was a mess to clean up. Had a service technician from a local repro company come out and determined it was defective, and he replaced it for us with a working printhead.

Not only was it delivered over night, the rep discounted the shipping so it didn't cost any more than ordering locally. If I wasn't on hold for 20 minutes when I called, the whole experience would have been 5 star!

How many ML in each cartridge. It gives no indication of volume.
