When I try to print a return label; you say you can't find my order even though I'm putting my order number in. I paid too much for this ink for it not to work.

Went to HP troubleshooting site, did two alignment pages and two color adjustment pages with proper color. Printed my page with same green hue in center of printed page.

A week after I installed the 3 colors, the first time I tried to print my logo in color, it was disasterous. The tricolor ink cartridges cannot manage a 1" x 6" blue background on my logo. I've cleaned the print heads, and the test comes out fine, but the copy is not usable.
