We have a similar model at work and I liked it so much that when my 13 year old laptop started to die, I decided to order this HP to replace it. I love the touch screen. It is easy to use and helpful to have. I like that the camera is hidden and can be put away so I don't have to cover the camera with a sticky note anymore. It is lightning fast and I never have to wait for it to get things done. I mainly use this for computer for working (typing), work training videos, and for personal use such as social media, watching videos, etc. My only complaint would be the loud noise that the processor sometimes makes, but it really isn't that annoying and I can live with it. I have had several HP products including small laptop and several printers. I find they are always good quality and last a long time if properly taken care of.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Big Ernie from So far, so good - nice package I have only had the PC for a few days and am still setting it up for a friend, but my first impressions are pretty good. The all-in-one package is no bigger than an early-generation 24" LED monitor (slightly thicker than today's ultra-slim monitors), so it takes up no extra desk space beyond what a monitor would take anyway. The picture is great; colors are crisp and the resolution is sharp. Speed and responsiveness are good. It has plenty of USB ports for expandability. The downside is the keyboard and mouse - both terrible. I appreciate that they package a keyboard and mouse so excited recipients can get started setting up as soon as they receive their PC, but plan on getting a better, more comfortable keyboard and mouse if you don't already have one.

Thank you for your question regarding the HP All-in-One 24-dp1056qe PC (20W59AA). That unit has been discontinued. Some resellers and third-party may still have it, but that specific model is no longer available through HP. The closest in specs at this time is the HP EliteOne 840 G9 23.8 model number 89P60UA#ABA. You can get the i7 version with the 256GB SSD and 16GB of RAM.

What is the maximum amount of memory and SSD storage this device can support?

Hello and thank you for your question! The HP All-in-One 24-dp1056qe can be expanded up to 32GB of RAM. The SSD storage can be upgraded via the SATA hard drive port and the NVMe m.2 SSD port. There are no extra hard ports available so hard drives would need to be replaced for expansion.
