Was supposed to be free
Photo paper was supposed to be free as a perk for purchasing the 9125e printer during the Memorial day sale. The printer arrived, but the photo paper did not and it was appearing that I was being charged for the photo paper. So I entered a case seeking a refund against my account. Instead, they sent me the photo paper with no charge. There was no notification that the case was resolved, except I had to dig for details to find out it was being resolved by HP sending me a package of photo paper.

I bought a pack of HP Everyday Photo paper on eBay - 100 sheets of 4x6.

I bought a pack of HP Everyday Photo paper on eBay - 100 sheets of 4x6. They are 4 by 6 1/2 inches! How can this happen? Can you do anything to help me? It makes HP look bad. Thanks.
The paper is designed that way. When the photo is printed with an HP printer you can get the photo out of the printer without smudging the ink. Once the photo is dry, simply tear off the tab and you have a 4" by 6" photo! Thanks for your question!

I’ve had my printer for about 3 and a half years now. I’ve noticed that my printer is printing red streaks on the photo paper. Is there something wrong with my printer or is it this photo paper?
That is hard to say and there are a couple of different steps you can try to help fix it that would vary depending on the model of the unit. You can try to clean the printhead, run a printhead alignment test, make sure all of the cartridges are clean and not leaking, check the hoses on the unit. If it is out of warranty, there is also the HP Smart Friend https://www.hp.com/us-en/services/consumer/smartfriend-overview.html would be another option if you need support trying to get this issue fixed.

I have smart tank 675 ,and i bought some photo printing paper near to me in local shops, here in that paper all inks are settled but black ink only fades away, can u give solution to that,this photo paper will fade or not
Thank you for your question! The HP Photo Paper, specifically the HP Premium Plus Photo Paper, will bond with HP inks and is recommended for usage with HP printers. This bonding effect will prevent the fading of the ink on the photo paper.
