Malfunctioning in warrantee printer
The on line evaluation was done with care and detail. The replacement came within a couple of days. The included shipping paper work was included and the malfunctioning printer was ship back the following day. HP email an acknowledgment on receiving the printer. Quick, clean, and with dispatch.

A step up from Ink Jets
Compact, quiet, efficient. Bought this laser printer to get away from ink thirsty HP ink jet printers.
Automatic toner delivery a little anxious, HP sent replacement cartridge when original was still 3/4 full.
