Given that this is a compact PC, it would nevertheless be a lot easier to work with it if the spacing of the USB drive openings were a little further apart and especially if the labels or wording on the PC were larger and more easily readable.

Rated 1 out of 5 by HP knowledgeable User from Stay away from HP Website description for their hardware is vague enough to mislead you into buying the wrong equipment. Their customer service stinks. You have to wait for hours, then you get bounced around from one person to the next, and none of them are able to resolve your issue. Then you try to return the equipment that did not work for you, and they decide to keep 15% restocking fee, for deficient equipment that you never could use.

The DVD is not the same quality as my old computer, but I will be careful. Had to purchase a spliter for two displays, as only one hdmi connection. Very quiet and compact.

Does this computer support 2666 MHz RAM DIMMs? I only see options for 3200MHz and we don't have extras of those in our possession at the moment.

Does it have a CD unit?

Hello, Deb. Thanks for your question. When you select Customize and Buy you can select the DVD-ROM or DVD-Writer under the Optical drive section for this HP Pro Small Form Factor 400 G9 Desktop. If you frequently need to write or burn data to DVDs, the DVD-Writer would be a more suitable choice. On the other hand, if you only need to read DVDs, the DVD-ROM would suffice.

I see it states that up to 3 monitors, but I noticed on note below that states "optional" Can you clarify? (Copied: [3] Two standard video ports included with an optional third flex port configurable at the time of purchase.)

I want the "HP Pro Small Form Factor 400 G9 Desktop PC" but the hard drive is way too small can I modify this product and which specific hard drive you replace it with I.E. product name and read and write speeds? Would the PSU have to be changed?

Yes, this HP Pro Small Form Factor 400 G9 Desktop PC has an expansion slot for an M.2 2280 slot for an SSD. No PSU upgrade will be needed for a second hard drive.
