Unfortunately...
I wish I could give this pen a glowing review but unfortunately I never received it. Despite placing my order when there were pens in stock and being notified that my shipment was en route, I never had the pleasure to receive or use the pen. I utilized the HP Chat multiple times to find my order tracking number and package, but after giving me multiple different tracking numbers and reassuring me my order was on it's way, HP issued a return and began the return process despite me having no desire to return my item. I can say that I do not plan on ever ordering from HP again thanks to this experience.

returned after HP customer service directed me to this pen for my computer and it was the wrong one.

Not happy
I can't get the pen to sync with my chromebook and the HP website is so confusing. I wish I could just find my order and add the pen to my account so I can get some user support.

Won’t work and no support
Would not connect to Chromebook 360 despite assurances that it would. Instructions consist of a single picture of the product attaching to the computer with no help if it doesn’t connect. Impossible to find support. I just purchased the product and it says my service has already expired. Virtual support does not recognize this product. Would give 0 stars if I could. Have wasted so much time trying to find support.

Works, but doesn't stay attached to Chromebook
In December I bought the HP Dragonfly Chromebook Elite i5 laptop but did not buy the corresponding magnetic rechargeable pen. In January I searched for the Pen and bought the rechargeable USI pen on the HP website for $89.99. This pen is bright silver and does not match the color of my dark blue Dragonfly, but it was the only pen that was rechargeable, and I could not find a dark blue pen on the HP website. The pen does work, however, the problem is that it doesn’t seem to fit on the side of the laptop, and the magnets do not hold the pen securely attached. The pen falls off the computer every time I lift it from the desk.
