After hours and days of trying to get someone to help me that I will never get back, I finally received a random product code and no follow up from anyone else to make sure that all was good.

Is this (McAfee Live Safe 2-year service) for $106.98 a physical product that has to be shipped? I just need to renew my "virus protection" but the renew button on My Account will charge me $139.99 for 24-months subscription. I prefer this $106.98
