Don’t buy this!!
Do not buy this or anything from the website. I purchased this and it never came after weeks and weeks. They emailed saying they had a shipping issue. Their system kept saying it was coming the next Monday. Then one day it said it was delivered and it wasn’t. When I looked at address it was delivered some place on the other side of the country. When I tried to call could not talk to a person and system kept saying delivered.

How to download the latest firmware for my POLY Sync 20-M?
Battery won't charge over 30%. The product is 2 years old and now I noticed the battery won't charge more than 30%. Is that expected?
