Simply press the call control button on the headset when you receive an incoming call notification or when you want to end the call; this button is typically located on the earcup and is designed for easy access during calls.

Can i use this headset with my VOIP phone system

Thank you for your question! The question is not very clear. However, this Poly Voyager 4310-M Microsoft Teams Certified Headset will be compatible via Bluetooth or USB connection-A connection. The minimum system OS requirements are Windows 11; Windows 10; macOS; Android&trade;; and iOS. If you were referring to whether this would be compatible with connecting directly to a VOIP system and not through a PC via a VOIP system, it is recommended to contact the VOIP hardware manufacturer.
