I purchased this as a bundle with my new laptop and never received the product key to download it. After hours and days of trying to get someone to help me that I will never get back, I finally received a random product code and no follow up from anyone else to make sure that all was good.

Refund Wanted
I have tried calling HP to get a refund. I responded to a pop-up ad thinking that what it stated was true oh, that I had no virus protection. I talked to hp twice and was told that I needed to get a refund through McAfee. I talked to McAfee today they don't have record of the payment because I bought it through HP. I'm not sure who I should talk to now.

I TRIED GETTING A REFUND AND THEY TOLD ME MY COMPUTER IS COMPATABLE WITH THIS, I HAVE TRIED SEVERAL TIMES AND IT SAYS ITS NOT COMPATABLE.

Been Hacked before
Was hacked last year because i let McAfee lapse and had to purchase a New Laptop and change ALL my passwords and send messages to everyone i knew what happened so when i got the new laptop i made sure i got everything needed for protection so i do not have problems again

HP Office Jet Pro 8030e Printer
I purchased the HP Office Jet Pro 8030 series printer. The printer and scanner has worked very well. I was told I would get 6 months of free ink cartridge. There was a number I needed which could not be found so I could not get the free ink. The only concern I have is the ink does not seem to last very long. I would recommend the
printer I love the size and the unique look.

Can tell a difference without it and with it.

Downloaded and Worked as Advertised
Download was fairly easy in a moderate bandwidth environment. The software recognized that I had a trial version of McAfee loaded and it removed it and loaded the paid for version without conflict. I haven't used the LiveSafe software enough yet to rate the actual software performance.

Ok when it works which isn't often
I bought it and had to wait 2 days before it arrived by Email. Really 2 days for an Email. Then i installed it and ran it and all seemed good. 2 days later after work when i had to get on the computer again and tried to run it, it wouldn't work and appeared to not be installed. I still had the email and tried to reinstall it which it did but when i tried my user and password and they weren't accepted, i tried to make another acct and then i was locked out. I called tech support and after being on hold and not getting through to anyone or anything, i finally took thr automated message advice to leave my info and ill get a call back. That was 3 days ago and still no call back.

Great bargain
Being a HP SmartFriend customer for 8+ years; working with the field techs, convinced me to return back to use McAfee programs. Their reasons were solid and have discovered the improvements. Down side is with the current COVID-19 pandemic, the field techs appear to have limited use of tools working out of their homes, and the service rendered in past years is reduced or limited.
