Simply press the call control button on the headset when you receive an incoming call notification or when you want to end the call; this button is typically located on the earcup and is designed for easy access during calls.

Thank you for your question! The question is not very clear. However, this Poly Voyager 4310-M Microsoft Teams Certified Headset will be compatible via Bluetooth or USB connection-A connection. The minimum system OS requirements are Windows 11; Windows 10; macOS; Android™; and iOS. If you were referring to whether this would be compatible with connecting directly to a VOIP system and not through a PC via a VOIP system, it is recommended to contact the VOIP hardware manufacturer.
