Description
All pages scanned from the flatbed glass 
print with random spots. Every page has spots in the same place.
Most likely causes
- The flatbed glass has contamination on it.
Troubleshooting and suggestions
- If the copy of the test page shows random spots as illustrated above, clean the flatbed glass . Show me how.
- Open the scanner lid and use the flatbed glass to make another copy of a white test page. Show me how.
- Repeat step 1 and 2 above.
- If after repeating step 1 and 2 above, the issue is still not resolved, contact HP.
