It is essential to register your HP Care Pack at the earliest opportunity as this action notifies HP that the support agreement is active and provides HP with important information about your HP hardware product.
Please note, HP is not obliged to provide support services if you do not register your HP product.
The specified service term begins the day you buy your HP PC. The service term will be shorter if you buy this plan on a later date to that which you purchased your HP PC.
With HP Pick Up and Return Service, you’ll enjoy quick pickup, repair and return of your PC, shipping included. You’ll also have access to 24x7 technical support and extended coverage—while keeping your notebook covered by the manufacturer that knows it best. Multi-year options are available.
You will receive your Care Pack registration request via email to your registered email address.
- If you purchase your Care Pack on the same order with the hardware HP will automatically register your Care Pack but you should check all details are correct.
- If you purchase your Care Pack separately it is important that you register as soon as possible (you will need your serial number for the associated hardware to do this).
Please note that HP Care Pack benefits apply in addition to the HP Limited Warranty provided with HP-branded products. Please refer to the HP Limited Warranty Statement provided with your product for extensive description of your manufacturer warranty entitlements, scope, duration and limitations.
